EnterMedicare’s Services include information,research and shopping capabilities for health insurance and related health insuranceproducts. When using our Services, EnterMedicare requests and collects certaininformation that may be used to identify you (“Personal Information”), including your name, date of birth, e-mailaddress, health-related information, address, phone number, Medicare number,Social Security number and financial information. EnterMedicare collectsPersonal Information in order to provide Services to you, administer theprocess of providing Services to you (for example, managing your Account), andto enable your optimal utilization of our Services. Personal Informationcollected from you is used to help you discover and potentially enroll in healthinsurance or related products. We only use and disclose your PersonalInformation in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may also collect information when youdirectly communicate with us, such as when you contact us to report a problemwith our Services, you respond to requests for feedback, or you complete surveys.
EnterMedicare may also collect andsegment anonymous data for use related to Services or analyzing anddistributing this anonymous data for use by our Company or third-parties.

We may further engage analytics partners,including Google, Inc. and Segment.io, Inc., to help administer and optimizethe Services we provide. As part of this process, we may disclose PersonalInformation or Site Data or engage with tools where this information is used toproduce an analysis of Services utilization.
Any Personal Information and Site Data thatare provided to any third-party entity will be governed by that entity’sprivacy policy or privacy practices.

Our Services are not intended to be used ordirected towards anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect anyinformation for anyone under the age of 18. If we have discovered thatinformation has been collected for anyone under the age of 18, we will take theappropriate actions to delete such information.
CALIFORNIAPRIVACY RIGHTS
California residents may request and obtainfrom us, once a year, free of charge, a list of any third-parties which wedisclosed their Personal Information for direct marketing purposes during thepreceding calendar year.
